Olga is a senior HR leader with 15+ years of experience across Poland, EMEA and international markets. Having held leadership roles including Head of HR and People Director, she has worked in both large multinational organizations and smaller, fast-growing businesses, building and scaling HR functions, teams and people processes.

Her expertise covers the full end-to-end HR agenda — from HR strategy, business partnering and organizational development to performance, leadership development, employee engagement, HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and organizational change.

Talent Acquisition remains an important part of Olga’s HR philosophy. She believes that people are one of the key drivers of business success and that bringing the right talent into an organization is fundamental to building high-performing teams and sustainable growth.

Olga holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, business-oriented approach. As Co-Founder of BEEHiVE, she supports companies through growth, transformation and organizational change. She is a native Polish speaker and fluent in English and Italian, enabling her to work effectively across international and multicultural environments.
